All Australian orders are FREE SHIPPING orders over $150
International shipping costs : $30
Shipping within Australia is sent via Australia Post and arrives within 1 - 5 working days from purchase.
Regional Areas should receive online orders within 3 working days

If for any reason your items purchased are sold out, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will receive an immediate refund.
Exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
Items not received within the period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition.
SMFA will honour the exchange on the following terms:
- All Tags must remain in place, If the returns tag is not secured on the garment the return will not be accepted
- If there is any indication that the Garment has been worn, washed or altered it will not be accepted.
- All returns must be accompanied by a returns authorisation number and a copy of the receipt.
To obtain an Authorisation Number you will need to call the store on 02 9690 1088 with the reason for return.
We are unable to accept returns on any sale items.
Items will be inspected on return & if accepted you will be notified with a credit note/exchange details through email.
An item is considered faulty when;
-A manufactures fault with fabric or design has occurred
-The garment has been wrongly sized
Every day wear and tear is not considered faulty.
All garments are inspected before delivery.
You may be asked to provide images of the faulty item/s

It is our absolute priority to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Should you wish, you are welcome to exchange your item for a different size, colour or style. Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed and saleable condition.
Please post your item back to us within 7days of the item being dispatched to you. The item must be returned via registered mail, and customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Please include with your item the original order receipt and a brief letter detailing the reason for your exchange, and what you wish to exchange your item for.
You will be contacted by an SMFA staff member should your exchange choice not be available.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item from our dispatch, this amount will be debited from the credit card provided for your original purchase. Please allow 7days for your exchange to be processed and delivered to you.
Please note all products in the Fashion Gallery are showcased by the Designer & are on a contract basis if the products are no longer showcased you will need to contact the company directly.
